Studio Linea staged my downtown Toronto Loft for resale.
Studio Linea transformed my loft so successfully and thoroughly, that I never thought it could look that good! The pieces Patrick chose were very thoughtfully selected and very well placed. I can sing the praises of all the detailed thought he gave to every room, but the proof is in the bottom line. My loft sold very quickly and well above market. I sincerely believe that without Studio Linea's great work, the loft would not have sold as well it did. I know this for a fact since the previous realtor's staging team wasn't able to generate a single offer. Once Patrick was on the job, I obtained 13 offers!
