Andrew & Alexander made this the easiest experience possible. They responded to my request immediately, and showed up the very next day 5 minutes early! He fixed both my sink and my bathtub in about 90 minutes, inspected the rest of my bathrooms just in case, and also cleaned up my bathroom so that there was no trace of any plumbing work. He also recommended a maintenance plan for my specific type of pipes. So simple, nice, and polite.

Ki-Fix did the work for my 2 bath condo, but it was a rough journey to completion. Ki-Fix was selected by my condo corporation to complete all the ki-tec replacements. In May, I contacted Ki-Fix for a quote, and it took a month for a quote to be received and signed on by both parties. I gave a deposit on July 3, and proceeded to start to chase Bob to actually come and do the work. Bob agreed to two separate dates, and no-showed both times! The first no-show came with an apology and explanation, but the second got no response at all. My building concierge took pity on me, and gave me the number of the project manager, Susan - the work began on Aug 9th and was completed on Aug 16th. The entirety of this time I was staying at a friend's place. Also, it's relatively small compared to everything else, but I found that the cleaning service provided wasn't particularly great or thorough.

Andre at Tubs made my life so much easier. We walked into a bathroom reno knowing literally nothing other than the fact that the bathrooms looked old - Andre was amazingly helpful in teaching us and guiding us towards the right products. Even better, he reccomended that we keep one of our vanities because it was such high quality! We ended up going back to pick up bathroom accessories. The delivery process was a little crazy, and they were calling me every few days to confirm delivery dates that weren't the ones I requested. It did get delivered on the requested date in the end!

Frogbox does exactly what they say they will - durable, stackable, roomy boxes with easy drop-off and pickup. I'm impressed that they always tried to move the boxes in one stackable load, which is important when you're trying not to book the elevator multiple times!

Sarya and her team blew me away. Before moving into my new place, I wanted to deepclean it from all the dust and dirt that had been left from a 5 week reno job. They cleaned the place till it sparkled - even the unexpected bits like my air vents! My appliance clocks were set, my fridge looked brand new, and my window screens were cleaned within an inch of their lives. And the team did it efficiently too! Thank you!!

Alliance Flooring has been absolutely great to work with. I came into this renovation with zero experience or understanding of what I was supposed to look for, but Mike took the time to walk me through everything. Moreover, everything was conducted with minimal fuss - even when my contractors needed additional materials to complete the job, Alliance managed to sort me out in one business day, and the material was ready for pick up the very next day. Finally, they even came in to give me a second opinion regarding my contractor's work - highly recommend!
