Deck and fence repair and stain
Hard working, courteous contractors. Cleans and repairs old deck and fence so they look new. Finished product shows nicely. Fails to test paint products on actual fence and deck to ensure colour is correct before ordering. If you don't like the colour your options are to reorder for $500+ or go yourself to the paint store and order more, which is unreasonable given the cost of the whole project.

We are glad you are happy with the project. We spent considerable amount of time with your husband explaining colours and process. We have all colours confirmed in writing prior to ordering, as was done in your case. The colour was identical to what you chose and feel the options given to you before moving forward with the application were fair, such as,
1. adjusting the colour that was already ordered as not to incur additional cost
2. reordering new product at your expense.Unfortunately we are unable to absorb the cost of a homeowner changing colour once they have confirmed the product. We are happy you find the colour more agreeable now that everything in your backyard is uniform.
