Renovating our home including the kitchen and putting in a suite. We purchased our appliances at The Brick in Chilliwack, BC. We ordered our appliances about 2.5 months before we needed them, we told the sales person that it would be some time before we needed the appliances but were encouraged to purchase them anyways. We were told to call 1 week before we needed to have them delivered. Called a week before we needed them and they sold the oven, microwave and dishwasher. Went in and agreed to take the floor model oven and picked a different dishwasher (paid extra $100) because the other one wouldn't be in for 3 weeks. The micorwave was coming in the next week. They would deliver on Friday. On Friday no delivery c contacted The Brick and they told us they don't deliver to my area on Friday's it would come on Tuesday. They delivered on Tuesday but no vent kit and stacker for the washer and dryer. Called them to find out when the stacker was coming and when I could pick up the microwave. They didn't know when the stacker would be available and the microwave is not coming for another 3 weeks. Went through the fridge and the crisper drawer was cracked. Set up the water in the fridge for the water dispenser and when we poured a cup of water the interior of the fridge has water running down the door and on the shelves. Called the Brick they told me it was Samsungs problem. Called Samsung they told me it was the Bricks problem for the first 30 days. Samsung would help me if The Brick continued to be uncooperative. Called the Brick they said they would replace the fridge. What a nightmare. Do not shop at The Brick customer service is terrible. We have a whole house to furnish will not go back. I am a Realtor I have already started to tell every realtor I know about my experience and I will tell every client I have about this. I don't want anyone else have to endure this company's extremely poor customer service.
