Geranium considers themselves as a high-end builder but in my humble opinion it is far from it. We purchased one of their new construction townhomes and when we took possession there was no sinks, counter-tops, no vanities, no glass in the railings on the stairs or on the balcony or on the patio,and appliances that were there were installed incorrectly. In fact, in order to obtain an occupancy license to force us to close, the company put in a temporary sink on top of plywood so they could show we had running water. They lost the keys for the main entrance so we had to go through the garage door for the first month. I'm still not convinced some contractor doesn't have my keys to the house now and could still enter the premises. High-end furnishings were promised in the showroom but all were mid-grade at best. In the end, I felt let down by all the promises and their work. Overall, I cannot recommend Geranium Homes. My experience in purchasing one of their homes has been pure frustration and disappointment. They are mass producing project home builders and their quality and client-care reflect exactly that.

Mark, Wes and the crew were absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and prices were the best of the quotes I got. Not only did they fix my flat roof but I had an issue with a gutter and Mark pulled out a ladder and fixed it without charge and then gave me some good advice on gutter cleaning. The crew showed up on time and was professional throughout. I would have to say that in entire experience, it felt like they treated me as if I was a part of their family! I Highly Recommend!
