My husband and I were looking for a home with a specific layout, and after doing some research we found that trico home had the best layout to suit our needs. The bonus was that the house was already built and ready for possession. From the time that we walked into Carmens showhome we felt that we mattered. Every question we had, to every email or phone call, Carmen got back to us in a very quick timely fashion. When it came to possession time the home was clean. We all know that possession day can be very stressful because your thinking about movers and whatever else you may have forgotten to book, but the construction staff and warranty staff were very welcoming and made the process fun and simple. I am proud to show my Trico home to family and friends because trico has built an amazing product that I now call home.
