An honest assessment: Quality of work was very good and workers that came to the house were outstanding but company office and president are very difficult to do business with. They did not care about client's schedule/needs and complaints were treated very poorly by the president. To me, customer service is as equally as important as final product. There are too many other companies out there who would bend over backwards for your business who will treat you with a greater degree of respect with the same end results. My advice....go find them.

Eugene and dad did a great job making and insatling metal railings around our newly renovated front paito and stairs. Equally important, they were very easy to do business with and accomodated our schedule. Shame on the last guy for only giving them a rating of 8:)
