My experience with total home windows and doors was pleasant and I am satisfied with their service overall. Alex, the salesperson was easy to talk to and was quick to respond to my emails. Boris, the installer, did an excellent job installing and cleaning up afterwards. Only thing I wasn't happy about would be the delay with installation. Although I guess that's to be expected amidst the pandemic.
