I Hired ted to do home inspection three years ago,my agent didn't like him, he said "you need to use my inspector." i bought the house based on my agent's inspector's report.then i moved in and found searous problems. i remembered ted and called him to help me.he reinspected my house and helped me plan repairs. i recently bought a new house with ted's help. i trust in ted and now i'm happy in my new home.thank you ted.
