Thought my oven was not reaching temperature. It turned out that the oven and stove was working properly. I was impressed that he did not tell me that the igniter had to be replaced. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Very impressed with his honesty and relieved to know that the oven is working correctly. Now I will just have to figure what I did wrong in making the cake!! Would definitely recommend. Very professional courteous and used booties so as not to soil the floor.

They arrived promptly on time. I showed them the location of the where we had uncovered the nest of ants which were eating away at our deck steps. They sprayed that area as well as the entire deck. We also had the entire house sprayed inside and out to make sure. I was impressed with my initial phone call as Taha explained that even though they were found on the outside of the house, carpenter ants are invasive and can left unchecked attack the structure of the house. Most other companies just gave a price to spray the area that was affected. They were polite, explained that if we saw activity to call and they would come and re-spray right away. They also recommended getting the house sprayed inside and out every year to ensure that are kept in check. I am satisfied with their work, and look forward to a bug free house Karen C.
