Felix was prompt, friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem with my microwave. He was quick ordering the part needed and was up front with the costs. Repairing the microwave was done quickly as well.

Alex came by and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Gave me a professional estimate and also pointed out some other areas around the house I might want to look at in terms of pests.
