I called this company for a quote to inspect for a racoon. I also called a two local outfits which interestingly led to the same voicemail for Skedaddle. A guy with a huge sign on the side of his tall van showed up. I'm not sure I wanted everyone in the area to know I had some sort of pest issue. First thing he did was look down my street and say, "wasn't I at this house a month ago...oh no wait it was that one (down the street)" He then inspected my attic and roof (although he didn't actually go on the roof). He then prepared a quote for $1600. for the full get-up. I said that was too much. He then dropped it to $1200. I said still too much. He slashed a couple of items of his list and dropped it again 2 more times eventually to about $500-600 to setup a single trap door in case the animal is in my attic the plan was he would exit on his own accord and not be able to get back in the same way. I was told they don't relocate the animal. Well, not more than a couple of weeks later the same racoon moved onto two other neighbours homes who called the same company. My opinion there needs to be some higher regulations to protect the consumer with these companies. They really have you over a barrel if you're unable to handle yourself.
