This summer for the first time in the dozen+ years weve lived in our current home, we started seeing big black ants in a few rooms. Not a lot, but big, fast moving guys and, while we are animal lovers, not welcome in our home! I called Positec and spoke with Warren, who immediately identified them as carpenter ants. With our strong desire to see them gone as soon as possible, Warren and his team quickly found a time slot within the next couple of days that worked for all of our schedules, and provided detailed instructions on what we would need to do to ready the home for treatment. The team was professional and very speedy on the job. I was worried about potential ant presence in the attic, and they gamely accessed the attic through a very tiny opening in an upstairs closet - and voila - all levels of the home were evenly addressed. They also provided guidance on how to ensure our pets wouldnt be impacted by the process (their product is non-toxic to both humans and pets once dry, but I needed to make sure their toys werent out where the treatment would be applied). Highly recommend Warren and team at Positec, and should we encounter other kinds of pest issues either inside or outside the home, they will be the first place we turn to.

I have turned to Hooman and his team several times now for various electrical work ranging from fixing an urgent electrical issue, to rewiring, and most recently installing Potlights to replace old track lighting. Their service is consistently excellent and with reasonable rates. They offer creative solutions. They are at all times professional. And on top of that they are exceedingly responsive and fast. I will definitely continue to turn to H Man Electric.

Hooman has done a couple jobs for us. The most recent one, I called him at 11 pm because we experienced a sudden partial outage. Hooman was GRC out about coming out late night to address the issue - he promised to arrive around midnight and that’s exactly when he showed up. He completed the work quickly and was just so nice about getting called to come out so late! We really love working with him and will for sure keep engaging his company for work. Highly recommend.

I contacted Aida because of the great reviews I had read about the company, to do a post-reno cleanup at my 2-story home in a Toronto. It was just a bathroom reno, but dust had gotten everywhere and it was causing my allergies to act up badly. I told Aida that I wanted the full house to get a deep cleaning and especially focused on getting rid of the dust that crept into every crevice possible. The team did a fantastic job. I mean, it was like walking into a different house! Surfaces sparkled, things were tidied up, and Aida did little extras for me too. I think it is fair to also mention that a few things were initially missed (eg, dust behind books), and the reason I want to mention this is because when I discussed them with Aida she immediately confirmed they would be onsite the next day to address them. This was a really great customer experience, and much appreciated! Highly recommend for quality and customer service.

Fast, really nice, amazing service! Jermaine was on time, extremely pleasant, and knowledgable. He quickly repaired both the microwave and the refrigerator freezer, and offered practical advice to prevent issues in the future. Highly recommend Jermaine and will definately use his services again!
