A cleaning lady accidentally flushed a pair of rubber gloves down a mascerating toilet. This caused great concern, as only poo and toilet paper should be flushed with this kind of toilet. I called Capital Plumbing, explained what had happened. I requested Andrew as he has been here before, and I am very happy with the work he does. Andrew took the toilet apart, found one of the gloves, and then took the blade system apart looking for the second glove. It was not found, so we figured it had gotten chewed up, and then went down the drain. After everything was put back together, a series of test flushes were done to make sure everything worked fine. I also got Andrew to check what seemed to be low water pressure in the kitchen. Turns out it is just the way the system is set up in the building. Andrew made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend Capital Plumbing, and Andrew. This is a good company, and an excellent employee.

When Andrew came to do the yearly check, he noticed the tap in my sisters bathroom had a significant drip. After much time and effort, it was determined the whole thing would have to be replaced. When Andrew got back to the office, he searched for a unit that would not only fit into the existing holes in the countertop, but one that would be easily usable by Janet, who has limited mobility in her hands. When the tap set arrived, Andrew came back to install it. Because of a delay at a prior job, thank you to Melissa for keeping me informed as to exactly when Andrew would arrive. The taps look great, and work so well for Janet. Andrew is a fine young man. He is very polite and friendly, and knows the business well. We look forward to seeing him again for the next yearly checkup.

Jordan arrived at the scheduled time. He explained exactly what he would be doing, and after he had completed each phase, he showed me what and explained why he did it this way. He was very personable and he knew what he was here to do. He is a definite asset to this company. I would certainly recommend Proline to anyone needing electrical work done.
