I'm happy about their service particularly to their technician Jeff. Nice guy and he knows what he's doing and knowledgeable. He showed up less than an hour after my emergency call. Price is decent. Thank you Jeff Ford bringing back the heat in our house! Thank Family Furnace too..

I just had this company fixed our furnace yesterday and was very much satisfied with the result. Blake replaced the module board and other preventive works. He knows his craft! He is really knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommended! Thank you Blake..
