Had an issue with my toilet leaking intermittently in my condo. Phoned John, described the issue and provided a video. Had an estimate the same day with a full breakdown on what he would do. Other plumbers only provided a range for their estimate, and so felt better going with Dima since I knew exactly what I would pay. They came the next day and made the repairs in 30 mins. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend.
