Leons has the worst customer service in the world. We are a family of 5 living in my household and our washing machine crapped out on us. Thankfully we purchased the extended warranty and were told at the time of purchase that they would either replace the washing machine/dryer with the same model or the next up model if anything happened to them. Well they now say that it is 70% of what you paid or they repair it. So we decided to go with repair. Well we have been without a washing machine going on 3 weeks now. I called customer service to see about our claim and the lady was not helpful at all. I asked to get head offices number and she stated that that location was head office. I said how sad it was that she was acting the way she was and they were head office, well, she laughed at me! WOW for a company that states this..."
