Eli is amazing. Just hire him now. You can thank me later. We interviewed 4 contractors and 1 company for a basement renovation in our new (first) house. We were attempting to modernize our basement and transform it into a beautiful rental space with new floors, new cabinets, pot lights in the ceilings, almost a new bathroom and a total paint job. Eli was amazing. He saved us money, made the space look beautiful, hit every timeline, gave us clear quotes on materials, and is a helluva nice guy. Couldn't recommend a person more and I will definitely hire him again.
