Andrei stopped providing services the moment there was any significant amount of snow. He won't answer calls or email. Do not hire him. He came twice all season and now gone! My neighbors is in the same boat too.

Last year, we replaced all our main and second floor windows and a patio door through Canadian Choice. We were very pleased with the professionalism of both the sales person (Stan) and installer (Tim). Everything went according to plan. After having lived with the results for a year, we are also happy with the quality of the windows and the patio door. I will hire them again to replace our basement windows and patio door in the near future.

Andrei has been helping us clear snow off our walkway, sidewalk, and driveway and spread salt. He is always very responsive and shows up within the service response time specified in the package we choose. This winter will be the third year we are signing up with him. Also, the salt he uses does not damage the lawn or our plants. I also like the fact that they clear the driveway with snow plows and not a truck. Thank you, Andrei!

Paul replaced two leaking outdoor faucets and the valves to drain them. He was very easy to deal with, prompt and informative. He did the job quickly and I have not had any issues since he completed the job. Great value.

Hello! I was extremely pleased with our experience during our move with Arby. Everything was as stated in the quote. The trucks and the guys arrived on time. They worked so fast that I did not even get to see when they disassembled or reassembled our three beds. The furniture was wrapped carefully. The guys were very cheerful and moved around like bees. They were finished a lot faster than I imagined they would. You have a great team, Arby! Thanks for all the help.

3 months after Paul from Anita's came over to patch up a section of our driveway, we are still unable to use that section of our driveway because the asphalt is not solid. We leave tire marks every time we drive over that section. It is like driving on playdough. Paul came back a few times to fix, but no permanent solution was offered. It was a disappointing experience.

I hire Pesticon to keep the mouse bait stations outside and inside of our house stocked up. They have a 6 month warranty - which means if the bait gets eaten up, they come refill free within those 6 months. Iftikar gave great advice every time he was here. I will keep renewing every 6 months to keep the little monsters out of my home.

We had a cement floor in our rec room that we wanted to put laminate over. The cement was uneven. Most companies I contacted did not even want to take on the project due to its complexity. The team from Speers paid more than a few visits before the quote to make sure that they can tackle the project. Their quote was reasonable and they coordinated every step to make sure that the timelines were met. Peter and his team were a pleasure to work with on this project. My only regret is not to have waited till spring when the cement could have been mixed and the laminate could have been cut outdoors. Would have been a lot less clean up for me :-)

I was in a hurry to replace a single basement window and Sobol offered me the best lead-time. When all other companies were quoting 8-10 weeks, Archie installed our window in less than 4 weeks. Archie and Kozue were very professional and prompt throughout our dealing. Although this was a single window, they were very attentive from the beginning. I recommend highly them.

Squirrels were relentlessly looking for ways to get into our home from any crack they could find or by digging into the wood siding. Basheer from Pesticon came and installed trap doors and within a few days, the animals were not using the existing entry points anymore. Squirrels made new entry points, but Basheer was very quick to come back and install a trap door at the new entry point. Basheer gave us good advice to keep the animals away and was always courteous and prompt. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this service.

Mike was referred to me by my real-estate agent to address a few issues that were identified during a home inspection when I was selling my house. I sent him a list of about 10 issues we were trying to address including photos. He was able to quote a rough estimate over the phone. He made one visit to confirm the quote and came back early the next day with the supplies he needed to complete the job. His price was very reasonable. What I liked best about working with Mike was that he was great at communicating with me what can and should be done and his suggestions sounded honest and knowledgeable. I will hire him again to get some fixes done in my new house. Thanks Mike!

I hired Kirill and his team for a residential move in Mississauga and I was very pleased with their service. To start with, Kirill was very clear about the billing. There were no surprises before, during or after the move. Due to weather, I asked to change the date a few days in advance and Kirill was very accommodating. During the move, the guys worked very hard and fast. They disassembled and reassembled 2 beds and a few other pieces of furniture in no time. I can happily recommend them to anyone who wants to move with as few headaches as possible.

We hired Mr. RoofRepair to address the issues identified in the home inspection report when we bought our house. There were a lot of issues to be dealt with so the first visit turned into an assessment. They gave us a quote to cover all the repairs as well as gutter guard installation. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather, but Joe kept us updated along the way. Some of the work could not be completed when they came in, but they came back to finish the work promptly. I would recommend them to anyone and I will hire them again for the ongoing maintenance of the roof in the future.

We recently worked with Vito for the inspection of our new home. I highly recommend his work. He delivered everything he promised and then some. He was very informative on the phone even before we hired him and was able to come on short notice, which was a great relief, because other companies I called did not even return my calls within 24 hours. On the day of the inspection, he was prompt and went through the property very systematically. During he inspection, he pointed out many regular maintenance items and other things that needed to be taken care of quickly (we highly recommend the thermal camera, it is very informative). He also took a look at the pool equipment, even though it is not part of a typical inspection. After more than 2.5 hours (it is a large and irregular property), he walked us around one more time to give us a verbal summary. He sent us a very through written report on the evening of the inspection. The report had a lot of information and actual photos from the property but no surprises from what he told us at the property. He answered our questions the following morning even though he had another job to get to and offered to answer our questions on an ongoing basis. Overall we are very pleased with the service we got. No wonder he was rated 10 by all his customers. Alice

When I moved to my new house, I called Jason to change the locks. He came over at short notice, and not only changed the locks at a very reasonable price, but also gave me a walk through inside and around the perimeter of the house to identify any potential security issues. He was informative, fast and friendly. He will be the first person I call if I need any security related services again.
