Worst movers ever! If you value your belongings at all do not choose this company! If I could give no to negative stars I would. Booking with them they are all sweet and accommodating. When they stated it would take 12-15 business days for delivery from Ontario to Alberta I didn't want to book with them as that was too long for me. They promised it would come within 10-12 business days instead. Turns out I didn't get my stuff until 17 business days 21 regular days later. That's a long time sleeping on the floor!! When we finally received our delivery - SO much stuff was broken and missing as well. I have submitted a claim and followed the directions on how to do that and someone emailed me to say they received my claim and it would take 3-4 weeks to process. It has been 8 weeks and I haven't heard one word. I have emailed a couple of times for updates and no one has bothered to get back to me. I have a feeling no one ever will by reading all the other comments here. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend this company to anyone. If I do not hear anything about my claim soon I am also going to post reviews on social media (hopefully it will go viral) and report them to BBB.
