Our A/C unit broke down during a hot spell in early June. With the unit being 17 years old, we knew we should buy a new one rather than fix it. I wanted to support a locally situated A/C company in Durham. Brae's company is located in Oshawa. He gave a quote on a Lennox model and we even got an earlier installation date due to a cancellation. Good thing because a heat wave was forecast for the next few days. He and his crew were able to answer all my questions. He even registered my A/C unit for me on the Lennox website before I could. I'm glad I went with Brae's company.

Mike called a couple days in advance. Courtesy call and notice appreciated. He and his crew arrived early in the morning and were done by the afternoon. A friendly and appreciative crew. Mike had me come onto the roof and see the work close up, that his crew had done. He and his crew were able to answer all my questions. We've had a few days of showers since and there are no issues. The shingle pattern we chose looks great and am looking forward to appreciating the look in the years to come.
