THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALE
I WENT TO THE BRICK IN VAUGHAN 3 WEEKS AGO THEY SO FRIENDLY UNTIL I PAYED MY MONEY. THEY TOLD ME THAT MY FURNITURE WILL ALL BE DELIVERED NEXT WEEK I HAD A BEDROOM, SOFA, FREEZER, 3 MATTRESSES, COFFEE TABLE, DINING TABLE WITH CHAIRS. I RECEIVED THE COFFEE TABLE AND THE SOFA AFTER 6 DAYS AND THEY DIDN'T ASSEMBLE THE COFFEE TABLE I HAD TO DO IT THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WHERE VERY UNFRIENDLY AFTER THAT IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO DELIVER THE REST EACH ITEM ON A DIFFERENT DAY THAT LAST MATTRESS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TODAY AT 2:45PM TILL 5:45PM THEY BRAUGH IT AT 9:00 PM. THIS WILL GO ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA EVERYONE WILL KNOW NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BRICK ANYMORE AND WILL GO ON RADIO MORNING SHOWS .
