When we were looking to get our deck done, we had contacted 2 companies from Home Stars. One of them being Just Deck It and the other being another company with a pretty high rating on this site. The other company set an appointment and didn't even bother to show. I liked the fact that when we called Ryan (even though he was across the country at time) called me back and set an appointment. Ryan presented as very easy to talk with and extremely friendly. He gave us a couple of deck options (based on the footprint of our backyard) and a spreadsheet showing what the cost would be based on the different grades of wood we could choose from. I appreciated this as there was no surprises in the cost. He started our deck in May of 2011. Not sure if people remember, but we experienced a torrential downpour for the month of May. Nevertheless, himself and his co-workers set up a gazebo and worked throughout the inclement weather. Phenomenal work ethic. He completed the deck on time and we absolutely love it. He was even flexible as I made a last minute upgrade to our railings which he accommodated. I also like that he had solid aftercare service. There was a minor issue with a couple of wood planks but Ryan followed up and fixed it without us having to hound him. You're in good hands with Ryan and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their deck done

When I was looking for security cameras for our residence, I came across Skywire on the internet. I had already spoke to a couple of other companies who quoted me double the price for the same job that Paul at Skywire did for me. When I decided to make the call, Paul was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all of my questions and was thorough in his explanations as I am not the most tech savvy person out there. When he decided to come by to take a look at the house before the install, I liked the fact that he was on time and didn't leave me waiting an hour or so to arrive. The install was great. Himself and his work partner were quick and clean and did a great job. Definitely one of the best companies that I have dealt with in a long time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for security cameras for the property.
