One of my bathroom shutoff valves started leaking and having repaired others in the past, I bought the parts I needed and started my do it yourself job today. Unfortunately, this valve was welded which I wasn't prepared for. The water was leaking and the removed parts were broken. Luckily, I found John Dima's card and called him in a panic. He couldn't come until next Monday, which was too late in my case. After explaining my situation, he was able to make my emergency repairs and made me the happiest guy in town. My sink clogged on Sunday afternoon and after using Drano, buying a cheap snake and trying other remedies, all to no avail, I decided I needed professional help. I called at least 5 plumbers after looking at online reviews and after getting some ridiculous quotes and dates for visits as late as January, I decided John Dima was my choice for the job. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, his rate was more than reasonable, my sink was unclogged in no time and I even got suggestions on how to prevent further clogging, he cleaned up afterwards plus gave me a 30 day warranty. He's my man from now on. Guys like this are hard to find.
