I had Peter replace the heating element in my dryer as well as a door kit on my dishwasher. He was extremely organized, got back to me promptly, ordered the appropriate parts in advance, and made a convenient appointment. When the parts didn't arrive on time, he actually called to let me know and rescheduled for later that week. Sounds obvious, but very few people offer this minimal level of service these days. He made the repairs quickly and efficiently and was on his way. Very good service!

This review is long overdue. I used Iberia 5 years ago for our front yard landscaping project. They were really good in explaining the materials, as well as some of the mistakes I'd made with my design. Initially, I thought their pricing was high until I compared with competitors. But honestly, when I saw how much work went into this project, how professional and knowledgeable their staff were, and their attention to detail, I realized that here was a company providing really good value. No question we could have found someone to do this job cheaper, but the quality would never be as good as that provided by Iberia. There are some jobs you can cheap out on, but hardscaping (especially on the front of your property) isn't one of them. A case in point - a previous landscaper had built our parking pad with pavers, but didn't prepare the ground properly. After less than a year, it looked like a roller coaster with huge dips where the car wheels were parked. Iberia pulled up the pavers, prepared the ground, and put the pavers back in. 5 years later that parking pad is absolutely flat with no dips or peaks! You can pay less for a crappy job, and then pull up your pavers every two years. Or you can pay what the job is worth and never have to touch it again. I can't say enough about how much work these guys did to ensure everything was perfect. After 4 days, I came home thinking the job was done. But they had guys there for another 3 days making small adjustments. They are perfectionists and it really shows in the final results. 5 years later and our walkway is still straight as an arrow. No grass poking through, no dips, no heaving. The retaining wall hasn't moved a single centimeter despite the extreme winters we've had the past two years. Anyone can do a good landscaping job that looks good a week after it's done. But 5 years in, the work that Iberia did looks like it was just completed yesterday. Just walking through their enormous showroom is inspiring with all those incredible pieces of furniture. We purchased a sofa, 2 Ottomans, and 2 easy chairs from Barrymore Furniture. The quality, workmanship and service were exceptional. Even better, these guys really stand behind their products - something that's rare these days. They were able to custom build the sofa to the unique dimensions of our old house, and even custom built a cushion to fit the bench in our bay window in the same fabric. Highly recommended!

We had nothing but problems with our heating system (boiler, instant hot water heater, and in-floor system) since the day it was installed. I contacted Christan by email and had a response (on a Sunday) within an hour! He asked me to send him a photo. In another hour he was on the phone with me, pinting out all the problems with the installation of our system. We made an appointment and he got us all fixed up in 3 days. I don't even recognize our own system for all the changes he had to make. He pointed out several code violations and explained why the original setup would never have worked. We suffered with our system for nearly 2 years with service calls nearly once a month. We have now been running more than a year without a single issue! This guy really knows his stuff!
