On Aug 29 , I was told that my landscaping inspection was passed, the refund will be sent to me the next week. Until today Oct 3, I haven't received refund. For the past one month, I called /sent email 4 times, nobody can tell me why they can't release refund in ONE MONTH.

I have checked in with my Accounting department and they have assured me that the cheque requisition has been received and that the cheque will be sent out to you this week.
