We contacted Reynolds Brothers to provide a quote to replace our eavestrough. They came out promptly and took all the necessary measurements, explained the scope of work and we had a quote later that evening. The quote was competitive to another company that had quoted the same job but we found all of the Reynolds Brothers team much more personable. The work was completed sooner than originally anticipated and was completed in 1 day. The crew arrived on time and cleaned all the materials up upon completion. During the installation process I was notified that a secondary downspout (that wasn’t in place with the old eavestrough) was needed for the eavestrough to drain correctly. Upon completion I received a courtesy call to ensure we were happy with the work, which we were!

I contacted Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote to relocate my hot water tank to open up the floor plan when I came to finishing the basement. They gave me a rough cost to move the existing one ($500-$600 from what I recall), and asked details on my current water tank as it may be eligible for replacement. It turns out it was, and if I rented the new tank through Lake Simcoe Heating and Air conditioning there would be no charge to install the tank where I requested. The monthly fee was slightly higher ($1 or $2), but it was well worth it. They also returned the old tank and completed all paperwork. I moved into a newer home that didn't have central air, so I contacted a few HVAC companies for estimates. Lake Simcoe Heating and Air conditioning came out to provide an estimate, and measured/listed for the materials needed for installation (no other company did that). We decided to go ahead with the installation, and the installers were courteous and helpful, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up their work area well. We chose Lake Simcoe HVAC because of the great communication and customer service we had prior to installation (which continued after the install) and because they are a local business.
