To start off, the people in the store are really pushy, and they stick to you from the moment you enter the place, and they want to sell you the half of the items in the store. I bought a mattress from this place. I was told that it would take a couple of days. I ended up receiving it after 20 days. From the first day, I told them that it would be better if they could deliver it any time after 1 PM. I know they deliver till 9 PM so I gave them a period of 8 hours!! They insisted that they couldn't guarantee this. It had to be a full day that someone is at home. I even work weekends, so I couldn't do that. I told them that most places give a 4-5 hours window. They insisted and threatened that if nobody was at home, I would have to pay another 70 dollars for the return delivery, and 70 dollars to get it in another day!! I took the day off, and guess what? They arrived after 3 PM. I could have been at home normally after work if they were not so stubborn. This is the last time I am going to buy anything from this place.
