Larry had a busy day and arrived later than expected. It was a Sunday and it wasn't a problem as I was home all day anyway. Larry sized up the job quickly and determined that the spring needed only minor adjustment but that the rollers (original, about 40 years old) were in bad shape. He replaced them with new nylon rollers, lubricated everything and checked the door operation. Everything worked well and he offered some suggestions for properly maintaining the rollers and tracks. Larry was very friendly, conversational and professional. I would call him in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
