I recently relocated to Los Angeles from Toronto, for work, and decided to bite the bullet pay to have all my furniture shipped down. I was convinced that I was going to have to pay $3,000+ for the service. After sending some emails out and gathering quotes, it seemed as though my hunch was correct... Most of the companies were giving me estimates of anywhere between $2,500 and $4,000... Except for MultiCity Movers. They came back with the astonishingly reasonable quote of $1,800, which I thought was too good to be true. I braced myself for less than adequate service. And then Steve and Abraham showed up, two courteous, professional and hyper-organized guys who came in, carefully assessed what needed further wrapping and what did not, helped me pack two extremely awkward objects, loaded it all into the truck, meticulously reviewed my customs form with me, and had it all done in an hour flat. Abraham then sent me follow-up emails tracking the progress of the items and has been incredibly responsive and polite whenever I email with further questions. To say that I was impressed with MultiCity Movers would be a huge understatement. I've already recommended them to two friends and would happily do so again. Well done guys, and thank you.
