Called them to get a quote and Vlad came to see me the same day. Went over the work to be done in detail and also explained the rebate procedure. Gave me a very competitive quote and was able to schedule the work in a few days time at my convenience. He obtained the required permit and his crew arrived as scheduled and did the installation in a professional manner. After the City Inspector came, they returned to complete the job and cleaned up the work site. Vlad then returned to complete the rebate application form for me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The work was done in Nov '11 so since then I have seen that the eavestroughs and downspout system has worked very well. The siding continues to look geat. When quoting they provided good advice (they recommended the 6" evestroughs because of our roof and designed the downspouts to distribute the water better and keep it away from the house). They arrived as promised, did a very professional job and cleaned up well afterwards.

I received the quote and the revisions quickly. They arrived exactly as scheduled and the three crew members took down the tree quickly and safely. They did a through clean up. In all they provided a very professional service with very good value for the price. I would use them again and recommend them to friends & family.

This was our third time using GEM. This time Walter was our installation chief. As with the previous two occasions, the installation crew arrived on time, protected the inside work area and access with drop cloths and performed the installation quickly in a very professional manner. They took away the old windows and cleaned up the work area. Walter showed us the finished work and answered any questions we had. We are very pleased with our new windows.
