April 2010, after reviewing 3 different quotes I selected Span-Co contracting whom I felt had a more professional approach to my basement reno and the concerns we both had. not to mention that they had over 40 years of experience in this field. So……they did the job within the time frame requested. I was very happy with the quality of the craftsmanship and the way every day the jobsite was neat and tidy.
