The communication from this company or should I say the lack thereof is appalling. It would be in their best interest to put better policies in place regarding their customer care before, during and after the sale.

Purchased the above on Sept 18th. Door finally completed on February 14th. Storm door measured incorrectly, main door required repairs, service personnel arriving with the use of only one arm!! The list of deficiencies is too long. If it wasn't for Maggie at the office, I don't know what I would have done as management would not come to my home to review the shabby installation. Discount offered $200!! Only after I requested they review the final invoice.

I have used this firm 3 times now and can't say enough about the service! The recent team I had to paint the interior of my home Gil and Able are pro's!!! Very polite, helpful and job completion beyond my satisfaction.

I have recently had my window coverings and two rugs cleaned by Drape Master. From the onset ,the service has been exceptional. The staff that came to my home to remove and explain the services to the gentlemen that returned to rehang my shades were excellent! The shades and carpet are like new!
