We have worked with Adrian and his team on four different projects over the past 5-6 years. Each project begins with a thorough consultation and a detailed budget, which always matches the final price (except, of course, for the upgrades I ask for along the way... but that's on me). We've done a full bathroom renovation, built a new bathroom from scratch, a 3/4 basement renovation including a bathroom install, as well as an extensive garage renovation. Adrian calls in the experts when required for electrical and plumbing, but project manages the whole thing so you don't have to deal with three or four contractors for one project. He knows the right people for the job and we have never been disappointed.

Called Grizzly on the referral of a local Facebook group and I was not disappointed. Calvin came and installed our new toilet, taking away the old one and even removing the box that the new one came in. Came on time, polite, professional, and was done within about an hour. Highly recommend this new company.

Called A1 to come take a look at our a/c which was not working at all. They were able to schedule an appointment next day (actually had a same day app't but I had a conflict) and the tech called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way. He worked quickly, efficiently and solved the issue which was WAY less problematic than I expected. Was so impressed with the service that I have booked a sales call to install a/c in our new house that we take possession of soon.
