Had a very challenging issue on a missing return air duct. Of the 3 contractors that we considered, Improve was the quickest to respond, took time to really consider the solution, and provided a fair estimate. Sean was very patient and friendly with all my follow up questions. He was able to schedule us within a couple of days and the job itself was completed in a single afternoon. They were very respectful of our home during the whole process. Thank you Sean, Sonny and Paul for finding a solution to our problem.

Our kitchen sink backed up on the family day holiday, one of the coldest days of the year. Public Plumbing was the second plumber I called and was I ever so glad I went with them. I got a call back from Mike within 15 mins after calling their office. Mike was very professional, polite and helpful. He arrived at our house within two hours. His assessment was easy to understand and he clearly explained the fee before any work was started. Most importantly he was able to clear the frozen pipe in 30 mins at a reasonable cost. He was very patient with our questions on other plumbing concerns and he is definitely our first choice for future projects.

Professional Roofers did the installation of the new shingles at my home, everything looks great and we are content with the service that was provided to us by this company. Patrick who is the person who provided us with the estimate, is easy to deal with and very knowledgeable in his work.
