We recently needed to replace an overdue 90,000 BTU furnace installed in 1978 for an 1100 sq/ft bungalow. As well as a 40 gallon HTW tank from 1985. (Talk about pushing our luck!) We did our due diligence and decided a smaller company was the way to go. Despite a scheduling mix up, Chris bounced in quick to make up for it and offer some options. He thoroughly inspected our set up, answered all our questions and gave great reliable suggestions to help us meet our needs while staying within our budget. No pressure tactics. Everyone involved did a top notch job from beginning to end in a timely manner. From Jennie in the office to the lads installing the new system. (A Daikin btw.) We are very glad we found and chose Chris and his team. Now we are looking forward to a warm house with lots of hot water this winter season.
