Gino and his assistant arrived at our house at the promised time and did a great job adding insulation to our attic - a huge difference in the amount of insulation that will reduce our expenditures on heating and air conditioning. The job was completed quickly, clean-up was thorough and the team was very friendly and polite. In addition, they are based in Etobicoke but came all the way to complete the job and our house in Guelph. I was very happy with the whole experience and would use this company again!

When we confirmed we needed to purchase a new AC and furnace for our newly purchased home, we reached out to a number of companies for quotes including Delta Air Systems. Delta Air's salesperson, Jordan, arrived at our home at the scheduled time and was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed that she had used a system utilizing a Google tool I wasn't aware of to already assess our house and its HVAC needs- she clearly knew what she was doing, walked us through the house to show what would happen the day of installation and provided us with six options, good, better and best from two different manufacturers. Her quotes were professionally done and printed out in our home on her portable printer. Pricing was good. Jordan also provided us with the contact info for two energy consultants for us to select one to use to maximize our rebates, prior to getting the HVAC installed. On the installation day, the team was polite, on-time, did a great job and left the house tidy and clean. Jordan dropped in during the install to ensure no issues, and then followed up after to ensure all was well and to provide some suggestions in regards to our air filtration system and our thermostat. Needless to say, we were extremely happy with Delta Air and would strongly recommend this organization for any HVAC work that needs to be done!

Whenever folks in Milton are looking to move, the name Rockstar Movers invariably gets recommended. As a result, when we were moving from Milton to Guelph we asked Ryan the owner of Rockstar, along with two other companies to quote on our business. While Rockstar quotes on an hourly basis, the rate is fair and the amount of time for the move matched what we were quoted. The pricing was the lowest of all three quotes. The team arrived on time the day of the move, were nicely dressed and were extremely polite and friendly . We had a number of large and extremely fragile items - these were well-wrapped by the team and carefully and successfully transported. In fact, we had zero damage despite the fact it was a big move. Throughout, the team were laughing and joking and having fun, which showed they enjoyed their jobs and enjoyed working with each other and for Ryan. This helped to make a challenging day much easier. We highly recommend Rockstar Moving for any moving needs.

We had a mould issue in one section of our attic. Joel and Matt from Puroclean were very friendly and efficient - not only was the mould in one section removed and coated with a mould preventer, but they noticed a second smaller section and completed that too, at no extra charge. They also arrived right on time, and brought tarps etc. to ensure everything was protected. Finally, I have been provided a 5 year warranty which is great! I strongly recommend PuroClean if you have mould, water, or similar issues.

Based on excellent rating on homestars.ca, I decided to request a quote from Walton. Anthony, the sales rep, is young, energetic, honest, and committed to high quality. He was a refreshing change versus a number of folks I dealt with getting quotes prior to Walton. And, he didn't disappoint. My dad, who has very high expectations, couldn't stop talking about what a terrific base the Walton team had put in prior to paving. This week, the paving was completed and it looks fantastic. To top it off, there is a 1 year warranty - I never heard of anyone doing paving offering a warranty! Needless to say, I have been extremely pleased, both with the responsiveness of Anthony to questions I had, to the fair price quoted, to the excellent work that was completed. Walton Interlocking Paving Ltd will definitely be my recommendation if anyone is looking for an excellent job at a fair price!

Our 28 year old air conditioner was barely working by the end of the summer, so we decided to get a new one, while also considering replacing the 19 year old furnace at the same time. Dave from A1 came to our house within four hours of my call to A1 to provide a quote. He also included information on the government rebates we were eligible for. We decided late on a Thursday night to proceed with A1 - first thing on Monday morning, the installers were at our house installing our new units. They did a great job and finished by early afternoon, leaving everything clean and in place. A week later, an A1 inspector came to double-check to ensure everything about the installation was perfect (which it was - the installer, Joe, had 40 years of experience installing these units). Again, we had a great experience and have a new air conditioner and furnace both of which will significantly reduce our energy costs over the next few years. I would gladly recommend A1 to anyone in the market for HVAC equipment.
