We decided to renovate our small upstairs bathroom. After purchasing all the tiles, grout, vanity, etc we realized actually installing all of these things was WAY beyond our skill set. Thankfully, Ken from Ultimate Bath Systems came to our rescue. He did an AMAZING job getting the tiles in, patching and painting the walls, grouting, removing the old fixtures and installing the new ones. Always on time, respectful of our home, neat and clean work, even finished a day early! I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend Ultimate Bath Systems.

We wanted a bathroom renovation done, and Local Renovations seemed like a good fit for us. They set up an appointment to price things out, got us a quote and we were all set. Will, their site supervisor actually came out to do the work. He efficiently removed the old vanity, mirror and toilet, then pathed up the wall and painted it. Great paint job, especially along the stippled ceiling! We picked up our vanity and had it ready for them. The vanity supplier messed up the counter top measurements and we had to get the drain hole "moved" (not Local Renovations fault AT ALL). But, they handled the shifting schedules readily and had the bathroom in tip top shape in no time! Friendly and personable people all round. I would highly recommend these guys!

We decided to bite the bullet and get the entire lower level in our house redone. After researching a number of companies, we eliminated one we had done business with previously and settled on Nu-Way. What a pleasure it was to work with them. Our first contact was Jenni, who walked us through the install process. Since we had some existing flooring in the house, product selection was pretty much predetermined. They had someone out within a couple of days to get final measurements and give us pricing. Once we gave them the "go-ahead", they had Steve and his crew out to start the process. First, they had to remove old carpet and the lino and sub-floor. We had anticipated this to be a messy proposition, but Steve and his crew did an amazing job of keeping the dust and mess to an absolute minimum. They then began the install of the flooring when Steve made a startling discovery... EVERY box of product was defective! Not Nu-Way's fault of course... this was entirely on the manufacturer. However, Ryan at Nu-Way was on the case and, after determining that it appeared the entire factory batch run was bad, he had lined up replacement product from another batch only a day later. They even cracked that open and inspected it to make sure the problem wasn't further wide spread. Crisis averted, they arranged to get another crew out, and Bert and his crew showed up. In what can only be described as choreography, Bert had everything humming along and, in a day and a half, had the entire installation completed to perfection. The attention to detail by him and his crew was outstanding! The flooring looks fantastic. To think that, after taking a day's delay because of the defective product, we were able to get things completed only a half day past the anticipated completion date was nothing short of remarkable. I'm sure other companies can do an acceptable job when everything goes right. But it's when things go wrong that it becomes a true test... Nu-Way passed with flying colours. I would highly recommend them for any flooring project you have in mind.

This procedure generally averts most big problems. Both crews who worked on your home are great teams who have been with Nu-Way for many years and know the business. Just had the pleasure of having Super Powers out to our home to remove some old furniture. The guys that came out were professional, personable, polite, and punctual. They were extremely careful and respectful of our home, making sure to remove any impediments such as wreaths, pictures and mirrors. The banisters on the lower staircase were all covered with a protective padding, again to prevent against damage during the moving process. The move was quick and efficient, and they even put everything back on the walls when they were finished! Who does that!? These guys really are super powers! We will always be using this company for all of our needs in the future and will certainly be telling everybody about our amazing experience with them.

Our hot water tank was nearing its end of life, so we decide to replace it and the furnace (which was aging rapidly as well). We arranged to have some measurements done and then, ultimately, the installation. The measurements were taken quickly and then the day of the installation came. WOW! You'd never know they had been there! The job was done so cleanly and professionally, it was outstanding. Tarps were laid down to ensure nothing got dirty during the process, and the completed work was great! The attention to detail was amazing, including the extra little pipes put in place to handle the overflow from the humidifier and the rerouting of some smaller pipes for the humidifier and refrigerator. I would highly recommend Pete and his crew any time.
