Paint department employees not trained / competent enough
Made a gallon of paint that did not match the previous color. After spending hours with the new paint I realized the shade is not the same. The explanation from staff was that may be the computer was not working properly. On a separate occasion I tried to add color to a primer to make the painting easier. The staff (female) told me it can not be done so I had to buy it and use it as white adding more work for me due to additional painting required.
