Dealing with Bruno has been both frustrating and challenging throughout the process. We were referred to Bruno by a home builder in the summer of 2017 to get preliminary drawings for our project and after coming up with an intital concept that we were not overly happy with, he was insistant that we pay the final balance right away and refused to make any changes once he had our money. He also refused to provide the DWG / CAD files for the project that we paid for even though it was just a,preliminary drawing. My advice would be to draw up a contract for EVERYTHING discussed including edits and working files so you don't get taken advantage of like us.

I called Mark because i was very happy with a job he did for me in the summer. Time was a factor in this case as the blockage rendered my kitchen unusable. I called Mark at 10pm and he was able to fit me in around noon the very next day. After trying a few different things and re-piping under the sink and replacing the drains with brand new ones (simply because they were old and in dis-repair) Mark refused to take payment because the initial blockage remained a mystery. Mark had to rush to another job but happily referred another company that specialized in my specific issue.... At the end of the day it turned out to be Ice/frozen and everything worked out. I will continue to call Mark and refer anyone who asks. Jason
