They protected my floors and and cleaned up everything after made sure everything was perfect before they left.

here goes my mother in law is a senior and is not well she has breast cancer along with other things. We moved her her into a condo to get away from stairs sold or threw away all her old furniture she and I went to Bad Boys to buy her a whole new set and new beginning to her life  paid over $6000 of her small savings received it rush delivery 2 days later only to find 5 of the 10 pieces of furniture broken  we contacted Bad Boy right away with pictures etc  this was November 21st they are telling us that a technician will come out but not until December 6th to assess the damage and try to repair it. that means my mother in law still has no furniture and is sleeping on a small couch for 2 and a half weeks. I did not buy repaired furniture I bought new furniture it was their negligence and poor packaging and delivery why it is broken so why does she have to suffer as a result. she can't afford to buy it somewhere else now they won't give back the money and they won't deliver and replace the broken pieces 

Mike and Luciano were awesome they were very friendly and respectfull of my little guy and dog during the installation. They were fast and efficient and explained everything to us once complete we have heat and are very pleased thank you very much.
