This was the third tie that Peter both promptly replied our call and servicing of our 14-year0old dishwasher. Our friends recommended replacing it entirely; however, Peter -- extremely knowledgeable about all makes of appliances -- determined that replacing the motor at a reasonable cost would extend the life of the unit another 10-12 years. He also somehow managed to find and replace the spring-operated lid to the soap dispenser which is very difficult to find; but he did it! Peter is friendly and shares his expertise readily. He also cleans up after himself as he respects the homes he visits. Modern Appliance is a remarkably great service. We are relieved that we found Peter. Yes, he'd be the first serve we'd call again for all otters large appliances.
