We hired Zappone Plumbing through our General Contractor. Marcello and Ken were helpful, efficient and did excellent work. They saved us a huge amount of floor space as our General Contractor's original HVAC plan would have left us with unsightly box-outs around the perimeter of our basement and at about 4' high (we have an old heritage style home). Marcello had the expertise and knowledge to install an attic-mounted furnace. Great idea and we are very happy. Marcello also brought us great savings as he was able to do all of the plumbing, gas-fitting, and heating / duct work in the house as well as our sumps. Basically, if it goes in a pipe, he can take care of it!

We used Tristan and Hot Electric for a complete re-wire of our house. Our General Contractor let us down on many design details but Tristan and his crew really picked up the slack and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We will call Hot Electric for any future electrical needs, such as when we re-do our detached garage in a few years time. Thanks Tristan!
