I just had a Regency gas fireplace installed by Fireplace West in my first home. Robin came out for an on-site evaluation and ended up also helping me out with an issue with my furnace. I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and care Robin and Connor showed during the installation of my gas fireplace. They took care of everything and Robin took the time to explain how everything worked and to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the fireplace.
