I used Dev to install window shutters in my kitchen. I was very pleased with his work and referred my daughter to him. She used him for a sufficiently large job -basically most of her house. The she referred Dev to several other people who used him. So my referral to my daughter resulted in a fair among of business for Dev. Since then i tried numerous times to get in touch with him over the space of a month. Only once did he ever return my call, citing that he was of town As a business person, you would imagine he would be accessible when he is out of town for several weeks. Since then I have tried to make a fixed appointment to have him quote for shutters in my living room. After not returning my calls for several weeks, I have given up. Thank you Dev for the poor customer service and the lack of gratitude for all those referrals.

Mike is very knowledgeable about his products and is enthusiastic about educating potential clients about the different kinds of shutters. He shows a passion for what he does and is efficient. He promised to have the shutters made with in 2 weeks. He had them ready within a few days. Just one thing --he has a "big " personality -quite loud and forward--but what is most important--he does a terrific job and is very reasonable price-wise.

The Craftman was in engaged in March of this year to reface our kitchen cabinets. He promised the work would be completed by the end of April. He finished on June 7th due to his 4 to 6 hour work days and the many days he simply didn’t show up. The results were misaligned cabinets, side panels that are peeling off, mismatched colours, improperly sanded cabinet doors varnish splattered over our kitchen floor, appliance and granite counters. The job is so bad that we are having his work ripped out and replaced by a professional recommended from this website. See attached photos.
