We saw an ad for Valley Tree Services in a local mailing booklet, already having two quotes we decided to go with a 3rd and what a great decision. Lee is an excellent person to deal with, we had 3 trees to remove where one huge Silver Maple that needed a permit, 2 spruces and a last tree that needed pruning. Lee quoted us but stated that we should call the city because he believed it was a city tree, $400 saved and none of the other companies informed me of this. Lee also completed the permit request and brought it to the city for us. After speaking wit the Forestry Engineer I was told that we could have been fined if we had a city tree trimmed. 10 for honesty, Thanks Lee. Removal day, OMG what a professional team! Lee explained what and how they were going to proceed throughout the day. The team was very professional: answered any questions we had, were very careful with the property and what a clean up. The lot was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I had just sodded an area on my front lawn but they insisted in cleaning the wood chips and Maple helicopters, they took they're time and ensured to even leave the road and our neighbours front lawns clean.
