Hornet / Wasp nest under a clay tile roof
Ken came out a few weeks ago to deal with a large nest of wasps/hornets under our clay tile roof, and explained that one treatment may not be enough. He was right, and returned at no extra cost to do a second treatment. Ken is very responsive, friendly and efficient.
Poor Reliance Hot water tank service
We are on our 5th service call in two weeks to fix the identical problem with our hot water heater shutting down. Each technician (except the first) tells me they've definitely solved the problem. They haven't. I'm told we will have to incur additional expenses if we want the rental tank replaced. Absolutely ridiculous.
