I had seen Sharratt Bros work on a neighbour’s porch; I knew when it was time, I would be calling them. Randy came out to chat and listened carefully to my needs regarding the rise and run on the stairs due to mobility issues. He went a step beyond in presenting me a plan that also included a set of stairs that allowed width for someone to assist me up or down and cart my wheelchair at the same time. The job was being coordinated with a plumbing job where they were replacing a water line to the street. The Sharratt team arrived at the end of the week to remove my existing porch and shored up the roof and pillars as they were going to be in the new plan. We had extensive rain that particular weekend and one of the guys came by to make sure none of the shoring up had been impacted. The plumbers came to do their job and dig but hit one of the pillars we had planned to reuse. I contacted Sharratt Bros; they immediately had a crew over to investigate and shore up the roof more securely. When the plumbers finally finished, Sharratt Bros had a modified plan to continue despite losing the brick pillars. I am thrilled with my porch and absolutely love my stairs as they are so incredibly manageable for my mobility issues. I will definitely be utilizing Sharratt Bros in the future as I am able to. I am thrilled with the job Wilson did for me. Each contact was professional and courteous. The turnaround time for my job was incredible from phone call to completion. My porch looks wonderful and now has flashing against the house which it did not before. I had had raccoons get in to my garage through the roof and exit in another location; Wilson repaired it so those critters will not be entering again.

From my very first phone call to completion of the job every encounter was pleasant, respectful, informative, and honest.
