My bathroom was completely renovated, new vanity, sink, toilet, tile flooring, in-floor heating, shower stall retiled and now has a tile floor. Replaced the bathroom fan, mirror and added pendant lighting. Qualita was recommended to me by a close friend who has high expectations and has done a lot of renovations herself. She was very impressed by the workmanship, their commitment to the job, their reliability and that they always cleaned up at the end of the day. I was impressed by the same things in addition to the amount of time that Gahida spent with me for months ahead of time. She patiently helped me pick out floor and shower tiles which took a couple of months and many trips to a variety of tile stores. She was constantly sending me emails and texts with suggestions. She guided me but always respected my choices even if they were not her first recommendation. I'm very pleased with the final product.

I saw their booth at the PNE in August and was impressed with the options. An appointment was arranged with Caroline Vincent a few weeks later. Caroline was prompt, friendly, professional and had some great ideas. I put down a deposit immediately. She said the installer Jon would contact me within a week to arrange an appointment to take measurements. He called a few hours later and as luck would have it came the same day. I was told it could take 8 weeks and it did but they called to make an appointment as soon as everything was ready. Jon did a terrific job with the installation and I couldn't be happier with everything. I don't have any hesitation about recommending Caroline Vincent, Jon Robertson and ShelfGenie.
