Bruce and his crew did a fantastic job on our renovation. Bruce has a lot of experience that shows in the high quality of work that he does. When discussing the project he understood immediately what we wanted and how to best achieve the result. He was well aware of the challenges that he would encounter working on an older house and there were no "surprises" during the project. I couldn't be happier with the work that Tip Top Exteriors has done for us.

Hi Doug, thank you for the excellent review. I am glad you like the quality of our work. I have been doing windows, doors and exteriors so long that it has become second nature to me as how the house works and what our customers are looking for. Yes every neighborhood is a little different. I have installed probably on every street in Calgary, so I can pick up and notice the challenges and be ready for them.
I do not like surprises, that is why I scan walls for wires, do the call before we dig(on egress), take loads of pictures and double measure. We do not have 1 miss measured window in our shop. We are window wise certified installers. You will deal with an installer with us. NO SALESMAN!!
Our crews are all employees paid by the hour. We sub contract nothing out. We have control of our guys(paid by the hour) and they are expected to take their time, and do it right the first time, and do it to our standards! We are lucky that we have a bunch of good guys that take care of our company. But every job is inspected! I am also on every job first thing in the morning to give direction so our guys know exactly what our customers expect. We set our guys up for success!
